It is our belief that by providing a high standard of welfare facilities, this will create a greater sense of pride on a project, leading to increased quality and motivation. By providing good quality facilities that are well maintained they are more likely to be respected and are less likely to be abused or vandalised.
Suitably ventilated, lit and clean site conditions
We are able to organise the provision of welfare facilities that are suitable and sufficient, ventilated, lit and kept in a clean and orderly condition throughout the life cycle of the project. Not only that but we also offer flexible occupational health services, with the option of having a medical professional down on site, with specific occupational health qualifications to manage any risk.
The nature and scale of welfare services required will depend on the size, location and type of project, but could include:
- On site nurse/medical treatment
- Washing facilities
- Drinking water
- Changing rooms and lockers
- Facilities for rest
